-The 1st floor has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (180 cm beds) each with their own bathroom with toilet, equipped kitchen, lounge, guest bathroom/toilet. Possibility of adding 2 folding beds of 70x190 cm.
The villa therefore has a total of 6 air-conditioned bedrooms (including 4 on the ground floor with sea views) and 6 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, living room opening onto the terrace, garden and private swimming pool.

Kitchen equipment: induction hob, oven, microwave oven, American-style refrigerator with ice and filtered water dispenser, second fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and filter coffee maker, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (Orange package), hi-fi system, Internet via Orange Wi-Fi (fibre).
