The terrace, tropical garden and beach accessible on foot will bring the essential touch of change of scenery for a perfectly successful stay under the Caribbean sun.

-The main building has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 with 160 cm double beds and 1 with 2 individual 90 cm beds that can be pushed together), 2 shower rooms each with their own toilet, living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, indoor parking, garden and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes, in each bedroom and the living room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (Orange bouquet), hi-fi system, Wi-Fi internet.
Various equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, baby bed, high chair, baby bathtub, charcoal barbecue, plancha, petanque court.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: yes, 5000-litre water reserve in case of water cut.
Swimming pool: yes, private salt water pool (approximately 8mx4m, maximum depth of 160 cm) with child safety alarm, sun loungers and outdoor shower.
Garden/terrace: fully enclosed tropical garden. Terrace with complete outdoor lounges for meals or relaxation. Petanque court. Night lighting will allow you to spend your evenings in a magical setting.
Linen: house linen (including beach towels) is fully provided.
Associated services: upon arrival, you will find cold drinks and first breakfast items. Possibility of adding cleaning hours on request with supplement.

-Deposit to be paid upon receipt of booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (Ancv cheques accepted) except in case of booking via Airbnb.
-Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance
-A guarantee deposit (uncashed cheque) of 1500 euros is required upon entry and returned at the end of the stay following inventory.
-A cleaning fee of 150 euros must be provided upon entry.
-Tourist tax (by cheque or cash) to be paid at booking of 5% capped at 4€ / night / adult, except in case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the site).
-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people outside the contract.
