Description
Small charming residence of 4 independent villas with shared swimming pool 70 metres from the beach. The privacy of each villa is completely preserved thanks to terraces with no overlooking. Very peaceful whilst being close to everything, the 4 villas are perfectly equipped, furnished and tastefully decorated. On site, a couple of caretakers who ensure the upkeep of the garden and pool will be there to advise you and ensure your stay is perfectly successful. Ti punch and welcome basket provided on arrival... our team's favourite!

Layout of the Indigo villa for 4 people: this villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 double beds), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, lounge and private terrace.
Jasmin, Bougainvilliers and Alamanda Villas for 4 to 6 people: they all have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 double bed in the 1st bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom 1 single bed in 90 + 1 double bunk bed in 140 at the bottom and single in 90 at the top), 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen, lounge and private terrace.
Air conditioning: yes in every room.
Kitchen equipment: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, cooker with ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, complete crockery, etc.).
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, flat screens (free-to-air TV channels), hi-fi system. Travel cots can be provided upon prior request. Wi-Fi internet. Bicycles available (subject to availability), beach towel rental (£5 per towel for the duration of your stay).
Swimming pool: yes, large communal swimming pool of 50 m² (1.2m to 1.6m deep) with sun loungers. Access to the swimming pool is enclosed by a barrier with a gate at the entrance.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: yes of 4000L
Garden/terrace: individual terraces per villa with complete outdoor lounge and barbecue. Large communal landscaped garden.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided. Beach towel rental (£5 per towel for the duration of the stay).
