Beautiful house located in the commune of Sainte Anne in a very quiet residential area. This villa has been decorated with great charm and equipped with very modern facilities to provide comfort and serenity to its occupants. The location is ideal for rest and relaxation in a typically tropical setting, before setting off to explore the island.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 with double beds of 160 cm, 1 with a 140 cm bed), 2 bathrooms with toilets (1 adjoining the master suite upstairs and 1 independent on the ground floor), living room, equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace and private swimming pool.
Parking in the residence just in front of the entrance path to the house.
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 3-burner hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
