Description
This villa has been entirely designed for the comfort and serenity of its occupants. The combination of tropical wood and the most modern equipment (multimedia, quality of bedding, furniture, etc.) gives this villa a unique charm and optimal comfort quality for its occupants. The outdoor spaces are perfect for moments of idleness and conviviality in complete privacy.
Capacity: up to 6 people
Total area: 130 m².
Layout of the villa: it has 3 bedrooms (2 with double beds of 160 cm and 1 with 2 individual beds of 90 cm that can be brought together, each with a mosquito net), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, living room, equipped kitchen, terrace and private swimming pool. Electric gate with the possibility of parking 2 vehicles on the property.
Note: one of the rooms is an independent suite (double bed). It only communicates with the villa from the outside (it has its own bathroom, individual toilet, a lounge area with kitchenette).
Air conditioning: yes in each room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction cooker with extractor hood, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner set.
Multimedia equipment: large screen television (Canalsat subscription), ADSL Internet with Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, high chair and baby bed (upon prior request), iron and ironing board, safe, ceiling fan, barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: no (no water cuts in the area).
Swimming pool: yes, salt water pool of 7m x 3.5m (maximum depth of 1.50m) with peripheral child safety alarm.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with outdoor lounge for meals and 300 sq m tropical garden with no overlooking neighbours, including a barbecue.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: courtesy tray offered upon arrival (1 bottle of punch or rum and limes, mineral water, tea bags and coffee packet, cane sugar, dishwasher and washing machine repair tablets). Possibility with supplement to have a cleaning service and connection with a catering service.
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
