Very pleasant villa, located in Sainte Anne 600 metres from the beach, perfectly combining modernity and tropical charm. You will enjoy the bar, the carbet, the solarium, the private pool, the covered terrace... in short, everything is gathered for a relaxing and friendly stay with family or friends.

Capacity: up to 9 people (6 adults and 3 children or teenagers)

General layout: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (one with a double bed of 160 cm, the second with a double bed of 140 cm, the 3rd with 3 single beds of 90 cm), 3 bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet (adjoining the bedrooms), 4th independent toilet, living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, covered terrace, relaxation shelter and swimming pool.

Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms

Kitchen equipment: the kitchen has a 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave, extractor hood, American fridge with fresh water, ice cubes and crushed ice, dishwasher, filter and capsule coffee machine, toaster, blender, various kitchen utensils and a complete set of crockery.

Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (local digital terrestrial TV channels), hi-fi system, ADSL Internet via Wi-Fi

Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer, baby equipment upon prior request (high chair, 2 baby beds with sheets, pushchair), charcoal barbecue.

Swimming pool: yes, a lovely swimming pool of approximately 5mx2.5m with a child safety alarm.

Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor lounges for meals or relaxation. Relaxation gazebo and small American bar for preparing local cocktails.

Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided in full and renewed weekly.

Associated services: upon your arrival, a planter will be offered to you along with the elements of the first breakfast. Possibility with supplement of preparing a meal for your arrival or during your stay.

The owners, a charming and discreet couple, reside in an outbuilding on the ground floor of the house. They will be able, at your request, to guide you on visits and must-see attractions.

-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of external persons to the contract.

It has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 double beds at 140cm), 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen with American bar, terrace, garden, indoor parking for several vehicles and private swimming pool.

The studio has an air-conditioned bedroom (140 cm double bed), a bathroom, a lounge with a sofa bed and a fitted kitchen.

For large groups, possibility of renting additionally 1 small adjoining apartment with a second one below the villa for 2 to 4 people (separate access, no overlooking).Air conditioning: yes in each bedroom.

Kitchen equipment: 4-ring cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.

Multimedia equipment: large flat-screen television (Orange package channels and Smart TV system), Wi-Fi Internet.

Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, parasol, cool box, charcoal barbecue.

Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation. Enclosed garden of 600 m² with barbecue.

Swimming pool: yes, salt water pool of approximately 7.5m x 3.5m (depth up to 1.70m) with secure access via a barrier, sun loungers and outdoor shower.

Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is fully provided.

Associated services: upon your arrival you will be greeted with fruit juices, rum and basic items for your first breakfast. The rate includes pool maintenance once a week. It is possible, for an additional fee, to have the services of a housekeeper and a local caterer with meal delivery on site.

Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening gathering, etc.) or to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the rental agreement.
The second studio may be rented occasionally by other holidaymakers; however, only you will have access to the swimming pool, the use of which is reserved for tenants of the main villa.
