This lovely villa, perfectly combining modernity and tropical charm, has been furnished, decorated and equipped with a true attention to detail in order to bring comfort and serenity to the occupants throughout their stay. The place is perfect for getting together with friends or family before setting off to explore the island.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds of 180 cm, the 3rd bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm), 3 en-suite bathrooms (washbasin, shower and toilet) attached to the bedrooms, living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace, indoor parking for 2 to 3 vehicles and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 3-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, blender, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (Orange bouquet channels + Netflix access), Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi Internet.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer in each room, travel cot, high chair, charcoal barbecue.
