Layout of the villa: it has 1 closed air-conditioned bedroom (double bed in 160) on the ground floor, 1 air-conditioned mezzanine bedroom (1 sofa bed for 2 + 1 single bed for a child), 1 bathroom, living room, equipped kitchen, terrace and small swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in the closed room and the mezzanine rooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-hob induction cooker, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Salon Equipment: flat-screen television (cable channels), hi-fi system, telephone (incoming and local calls), ADSL Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, travel cot, high chair, hairdryer, ironing board and iron, barbecue.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace in decking of 20 m² with table, chairs and barbecue for meals.
Swimming pool: yes, a small punch-type pool is at your disposal to refresh yourself with 2 sun loungers for relaxation.
