Description
Beautiful house, very modern, ideally located in a small development of 4 terraced villas 50 metres from the famous Diamant beach and in the immediate vicinity of the town centre. This villa with contemporary design has been furnished and equipped with the utmost care to provide total comfort to its occupants. The location is ideal for relaxation and unwinding before setting out to discover all the riches of Martinique.
Capacity: up to 7 people (6 adults + 1 child aged 12 years maximum).
Total area: approximately 85 m².
Layout of the villa: it has, on 2 levels, 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 upstairs with double beds of 160 cm, the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor has 2 individual beds of 90 cm that can be brought together, possibility of providing an additional bed in one of the rooms for a child up to 12 years old), 3 shower rooms (adjoining the bedrooms with washbasin, walk-in shower and toilet), living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, covered terrace, garden and private swimming pool.
The parking is located in front of the residence, it is secured by a code-operated gate for the entire estate.
Air conditioning: yes in each room.
Kitchen equipment: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (Canalsat package), internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), hairdryer, charcoal barbecue.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor furniture for relaxation and meals.
Swimming pool: yes, a lovely salt water pool of approximately 4mx3m secured by an immersed alarm for children.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon arrival, you will be greeted with cool drinks. Full breakfast delivery service available on request (£10 per person).
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
