This villa, offering a beautiful sea view from the 1st floor, has been decorated, furnished and equipped with the utmost care to provide its occupants with total comfort. The location is ideal for getting together with family or friends before setting off to explore the island.

Villa layout: the villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (double beds of 160 cm, 1 bedroom on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms upstairs), 2 bathrooms with toilets (1 private on the ground floor, 1 freely accessible upstairs for all occupants), 2 toilets, living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace and private swimming pool.
Parking in front of the house for 1 vehicle, several parking spaces a few metres from the house.
Air conditioning: yes in all 4 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, multi-function food processor, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: television (Orange bouquet channels), high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer in each bathroom, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), charcoal barbecue.
