General layout: the villa is located on 2 independent levels, communicating exclusively from the outside.

On the ground floor are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, the 3rd bedroom with 2 individual bunk beds of 90 cm x 190 cm in a very solid structure that can accommodate adults), 2 shower rooms with toilets, living room, open-plan kitchen, terrace overlooking the private pool and garden.
Indoor parking for 4 vehicles.

On the first floor there are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed of 160 cm, 2 bedrooms with double beds of 140 cm, the 4th bedroom with 3 single beds), 2 shower rooms (one of which is private in one of the bedrooms), 2 toilets, living room, kitchen, terrace.

Air conditioning: yes in the 7 rooms

Kitchen equipment: each kitchen has a 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso or Dolce Gusto coffee machine, blender, various kitchen utensils and a complete set of crockery.

Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in each living room (Orange bouquet channels), hi-fi system, Internet via Wi-Fi

Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 baby cots, high chair, baby bath, 4 hairdryers, gas barbecue and charcoal barbecue.

Swimming pool: salt water swimming pool of approximately 9mx4m with an overflow of 4mx2m serving as a paddling pool for younger children (35 cm deep). The pool is heated and has a counter-current swimming system. It is secured by an immersed alarm (installation on request) and a removable safety net.

Garden/terrace: on the ground floor there is a deck terrace with a covered gazebo, outdoor shower and complete outdoor lounges for meals and relaxation. On the 1st floor there is a terrace with a complete outdoor lounge. An ornamental garden is accessible from the ground floor. The property is enclosed by an electrically operated remote-controlled gate (several remote controls provided).

Linen: household linen is provided in full.

Associated services: upon your arrival, you will be greeted with an Antillean aperitif (fruit juice, planter's punch), refreshing drinks, and the elements of the first breakfast.

Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
