This villa with contemporary design has been furnished and equipped with great care to provide perfect comfort to its occupants. The place is ideal for rest and relaxation before setting out to discover all the riches of Martinique.
Capacity: up to 9 people.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 bedrooms (double bed of 160 cm in the upstairs bedroom and in one of the ground floor bedrooms, the 3rd bedroom on the ground floor also has 3 individual beds of 90 cm, two of which are bunk beds), 3 bathrooms (adjoining the bedrooms), 3 toilets, living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, covered terrace, indoor parking, garden, private swimming pool.
Possibility of adding 2 additional single beds for an 8th and 9th person.
Air conditioning: yes in each bedroom as well as in the living room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (local DTT channels), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, baby bed and high chair, hairdryer, charcoal barbecue.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with outdoor dining area. Leisure gazebo in the garden for relaxation. Outdoor shower. Enclosed plot with small gate for direct beach access.
Swimming pool: yes, lovely salt water pool of approximately 4.5mx3.5m secured by an immersed alarm and removable barrier for children.
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon arrival, you will be greeted with drinks (fruit juices, fresh water) as well as the elements of the first breakfast.
