Beautiful and large house, very recent, with a unique location directly on the magnificent Diamant beach in a quiet and very preserved place. This villa with contemporary design, perfectly combining modernity and tropical charm, has been furnished and equipped with a real attention to detail in order to bring comfort and serenity to its occupants in a true postcard setting.
Capacity: up to 12 people.
Total area: approximately 150 m².
Layout of the villa: it has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm, 2 bedrooms with individual beds of 90 cm that can be brought together, the 5th bedroom has 2 sofa beds for 4 people in total), 5 bathrooms with toilets (adjoining the bedrooms), spacious living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, laundry room, covered terrace and private swimming pool.
The parking is located behind the house in the small residence in which it is situated, secured by a gate.
Air conditioning: yes in each room.
Kitchen equipment: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (Orange bouquet channels), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, second refrigerator in the utility room, ironing board and iron, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), hairdryer, charcoal barbecue.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation. The night lighting by the beach (every evening from 6:30 pm to 11 pm) will make your evenings unforgettable magical moments.
Swimming pool: yes, lovely swimming pool of approximately 4mx3m (depth 1.30 m) secured by an immersed alarm for children.
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon your arrival, you will find drinks (planter's punch, juice, water) as well as the basic elements of the first breakfast (milk, bread, butter, jam, coffee).
To know:
- it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of external persons to the contract.
-the house is set back from the beach located approximately 25 metres away, sheltered from view. Nevertheless, access to the beach is not fenced off, parents must therefore be perfectly informed of this point and remain vigilant at all times regarding their children's comings and goings.
