This beautiful villa, in the immediate vicinity of Diamant beach in the southern Caribbean area of the island, has been decorated and equipped with great care so as to combine tropical charm and modern comfort.
Located peacefully in a truly picturesque setting, this magnificent house is the ideal place to recharge with family or friends before setting out to discover the island.
Accommodation capacity: 6 people.
General surface area: 150 m².
Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 bedrooms (2 with 160 double beds and 1 with 2 single beds of 90), 2 bathrooms with shower/toilet, additional guest toilet, lounge, equipped kitchen, covered terrace, indoor parking and garden.
Air conditioning: yes in every room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner gas cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television, high-speed internet via WiFi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby bed, barbecue.
Garden/terrace: large 50 m² terrace for dining, outdoor shelter near the swimming pool with garden furniture for relaxation.
Swimming pool: private swimming pool of 5x4m, protected by alarm for children.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.
Additional services: upon your arrival you will be greeted with drinks (punch, juice, water) as well as basic breakfast items (milk, bread, butter, jam, coffee).
To know: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
This villa is located on the second line from the beach on the same property as the villa ref M168 on our site and may be occupied by other holidaymakers during your stay. The living spaces are not enclosed between the two villas.
