Description
Beautiful house ideally situated facing the beach in the municipality of Gosier in the heart of the island. Careful decoration and very modern facilities will guarantee the occupants of this villa comfort and tranquillity. The place is ideal for gathering with family or friends before setting off to discover all the riches the island has to offer.
Accommodation capacity: up to 7 people (6 adults + 1 child or teenager).
Overall surface area: approximately 150 m²
Villa layout: it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm that can be pushed together, (possibility on request of adding a child's camp bed of approximately 1.5 m), 3 bathrooms of which 2 adjoining the bedrooms and one independent, 2 toilets, equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace, indoor parking and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in every room
Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, fridge-freezer, 4-ring induction hob, oven, microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (channels from the basic Canalsat package), Wi-Fi Internet.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, baby cot and high chair (on prior request), charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a tank/water reserve: yes water reserve of 1500 litres in case of supply cuts
Swimming pool: yes, a nice swimming pool of approximately 4m x 7m secured by a submerged alarm for the little ones, surrounded by its sun loungers.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor lounge for dining and relaxation.
Linen: household linen (including pool wraps) is fully provided.
Associated services: upon your arrival you will be welcomed with a welcome drink (fresh water, juice, punch), as well as hot beverages. Possibility of obtaining the elements of the next day's first breakfast (€12/person) as well as a first evening meal (menu on request).
To know: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
