Layout of the villa: the villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (double beds of 180 cm) + a sleeping mezzanine (2 individual beds that can be brought together + additional single bed on request) with 2 fans (floor and ceiling), 3 bathrooms (adjoining each bedroom with shower, washbasin and toilet), additional guest toilet, living room, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, covered terrace, private swimming pool, jacuzzi.
Closed indoor parking with a gate.
Air conditioning: yes in both ground floor bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (Orange bouquet channels), ADSL Internet with Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer, window mosquito nets, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), charcoal barbecue.
