This spacious and authentic villa overlooks the fishing village of Anses d'Arlet and the Caribbean Sea in the South of Martinique.
Tastefully decorated, it offers all the comfort necessary for a quality holiday under the Antillean sun.
Arranged on two levels, it will allow everyone to maintain their independence while preserving the conviviality of a stay with friends or family!
Private pool, sea view and proximity to the beach on foot are assets that go in this direction.
Capacity: up to 12 people.
Total area: 155 m² over 2 levels with covered terraces of 40 m² each.
Villa layout: it has 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed, and 3 upstairs with double beds), each with its own adjoining bathroom with shower/washbasin, living room, 2 fully equipped kitchens, laundry room, 2 covered terraces with sea and pool views. Tropical garden with trees and flowers, private parking in the side street allowing parking for several vehicles...
Air conditioning: yes in each room.
Kitchen equipment: hobs, ovens, microwaves, 2 dishwashers, fridge-freezers, Nespresso and Senseo coffee machines, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: 2 televisions (local DTT channels), hi-fi system, high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), barbecue.
Garden/terrace: 2 covered terraces with complete outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation (table and chairs + lounge). The night lighting in the tropical garden below will make your evenings unforgettable magical moments.
Swimming pool: yes, a lovely swimming pool of approximately 4m x 7.5m secured by an immersed alarm for children.
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon your arrival, fresh drinks and the basic elements of the first breakfast (milk, bread, butter, jam, coffee) will be waiting for you.
