Very beautiful house offering a clear view with the sea on the horizon, located at Anse à l'Ane in the commune of Trois Ilets, in a very quiet residential environment, a few minutes from the beach and the town centre. The strong point of this villa is perfectly combining the charm of the tropics through its authentic decoration and all modern comfort with its state-of-the-art equipment. The place is ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends, in total privacy.

- Main villa: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (double beds of 160 cm), 2 bathrooms with toilets (one adjoining the master suite, one independent), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace, garden and private swimming pool.
-Complementary apartment: located under the terrace, it consists of a living room with fitted kitchen, an air-conditioned bedroom, a wet room, covered terrace and spa.
Air conditioning: yes in all 4 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, wine cooler, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: television (local digital terrestrial television channels), mini hi-fi system, high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer, baby cot, high chair, safe, gas barbecue.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with outdoor lounge for meals and relaxation moments. Leisure gazebo extending from the solarium.
Swimming pool: yes, salt water overflow pool of approximately 5mx2.5m protected by a removable barrier for children.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon arrival, you will be greeted by a planter, fresh drinks, and the elements of the first breakfast.
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
