Magnificent house, ideally situated on the heights of Trois Ilets, thus offering breathtaking views of the sea. This villa has been decorated and equipped with real attention to detail, so as to be able to welcome even the largest groups in total comfort. The place is ideal for recharging with family or friends in a truly postcard-like setting before setting off to discover all the beauties of the island.
Accommodation capacity: up to 14 people
General surface area: approximately 200 m²
General layout: the villa is situated on 2 independent levels, communicating exclusively from the outside.
On the ground floor there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (180 cm double beds) each with their own private bathroom, equipped American kitchen, living room overlooking the terrace and private swimming pool.
On the first floor there are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms (180 cm double beds), each with their own private bathroom and personal terrace with sea views.
The house therefore provides a total of 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, lounge, kitchen, terrace and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in the 7 bedrooms
Kitchen equipment: 4-ring induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room and in each bedroom (8 sets in total, connected exclusively and free of charge to Netflix), hi-fi system, Wi-fi Internet
Various equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, baby cot and high chair (on prior request), safe in each bedroom, hair dryer, gas barbecue.
Swimming pool: L-shaped salt water swimming pool with a surface area of approximately 30 m² with child safety alarm (the various terraces also have access barriers to the swimming pool).
Terrace: covered terrace extending from the villa and vast solarium terrace around the swimming pool with large covered carbet. Multiple outdoor lounges for dining and relaxation.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is fully provided.
Associated services: on your arrival you will be greeted with fresh water, a planter as well as the elements of the first breakfast.
To know: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
