This villa, offering a sea view from its rear part behind the tropical vegetation, has been decorated and equipped to provide total comfort to its occupants. The environment, particularly quiet, is absolutely unique and will delight nature lovers. A true Garden of Eden, you will find along your walks on the property numerous tropical fruits and essences to brighten up your small dishes. The owners of the place, occupying one of the 3 other houses, will be there discreetly and at your request, to indicate local tips and guide you in your visits.

Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, electric griddle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.

Multimedia equipment: television (local DTT channels), high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi.

Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), charcoal barbecue.

Garden/terrace: covered terrace with outdoor lounge for meals and relaxation.
The house is located in a magnificent park where you will find numerous tropical fruits (mangoes, guavas, golden plums, oranges, clementines, grapefruits, lemons, wild cherries, quenettes...), tropical essences (clove, cinnamon, chillies, chives, bay leaves...) and multiple varieties of palm trees and tropical plants (alpinias, heliconias, bakoua, flame trees, orchid trees, cotton tree...). During your walks, you may encounter Punch, the adorable dog of the estate.

Swimming pool: yes, swimming pool of approximately 6mx4m protected by a removable child safety barrier and surrounded by a deck and its sun loungers.

Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.

Associated services: upon arrival, you will be greeted with fresh water, rum, and the essentials for ti-punch.

To note:
-this house is not suitable for children under 12 years old as it is located in a large open park of more than one hectare which includes a pond and areas with significant elevation changes.
-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.

The villa in Le Marin has 4 bedrooms and has capacity for 8 people. The villa is tastefully-furnished, is spacious, and is 150 m². It has views of waterfront and the garden. The property is located 2 km from the city, 2 km from the supermarket, 2 km from the the restaurant, 4 km from Plage de Cap Macabou sand beach.
