Charming villa offering magnificent sea views, located in a small residential complex of villas in the municipality of Deshaies near a typical fishing village. Very peaceful, this villa has been equipped and decorated to provide optimal comfort to its occupants. This place is ideal for rest and complete escape in a typically tropical setting.
Accommodation capacity: up to 4 people

Villa layout: the villa has 2 air-conditioned double bedrooms (one with 1 double bed and one with 2 single beds of 90 cm that can be pushed together and can also serve as a lounge), 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet), kitchenette, terrace and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes, in both bedrooms. Fans also provided.
Kitchen equipment: 2-ring induction hob, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, Senseo coffee maker, traditional coffee maker, citrus press, toaster and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (satellite channels), high-speed Internet Wi-Fi, USB Hi-Fi system and Bluetooth.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, mosquito nets for all beds, travel cot with mattress and mosquito net for children under 2 years exclusively, small charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: no.
Swimming pool: yes, octagonal swimming pool 5 m in diameter for 1.20 m depth with child safety alarm.
Garden/terrace: large partially covered terrace of 45 m² with complete outdoor lounge for dining and sun loungers for relaxation.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: on your arrival you will be greeted with a welcome basket containing brioche, jam, rum, water, coffee... Weekly pool maintenance. Weekly linen renewal for each week of 7 nights.
To know:
- This house cannot be suitable for people with reduced mobility because it is located on high ground with steps to climb, nor for children, as access between the terrace and the stairs is not secure.
-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
