Enjoy a magnificent view of the sea from every location in this beautiful house that perfectly combines modernity and Caribbean charm. Fully equipped and carefully decorated, it offers no overlooking and is located in a very quiet area. This house is simply ideal for relaxing with family or friends in a true postcard-like setting.
Capacity: 10 to 12 people
Total area: approximately 200 m².
Layout of the villa: it has 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds of 160x200 and 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds that can be brought together), 2 double washbasin bathrooms (one with toilet), possibility of adding 2 additional mattresses (for an extra charge), 3 individual toilets, equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 television lounge, 1 lounge/bar open to the terrace, wine cellar, office space, laundry room, dressing room and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in all rooms.
Kitchen equipment: gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: LCD television (Canal+/Canalsat), DVD player, MP3, DIVX, Internet via ADSL (wi-fi).
Various equipment: washing machine, 2 baby beds, high chair, hair dryer, barbecue, billiards, table football, ping pong table.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, presence of a buffer tank of 9m3 in case of power cuts.
Swimming pool: yes overflow pool with spa (8mx5m with a maximum depth of 120 cm). Safety by alarm for children and outdoor shower.
Garden/terrace: yes large deck terrace with complete outdoor lounge and barbecue. Direct access to the sea below the villa
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: the rates include 1 cleaning service per week. Possibility of adding cleaning hours with a supplement. Meal preparation service using fresh local products (half board in the evening 30€/adult and 15€/child, breakfast 8€/person and cooking workshop 60€/participant).
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organize any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
To know:
-Deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (ANCV cheques accepted) except in case of booking via Airbnb.
-Consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance
-A guarantee deposit of 3000 euros (uncashed cheque) is required upon entry into the premises and returned at the end of the stay following the inventory.
-It will not be possible in this villa to organize any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people outside the contract.
