Enjoy a magnificent view of the sea from every corner of this beautiful house that perfectly combines modernity and Caribbean charm. Fully equipped and carefully decorated, it offers no overlooking neighbours and is located in a very peaceful spot. This house is simply ideal for relaxing with family or friends in a true postcard-like setting.
Capacity: 10 to 12 people
Total area: approximately 200 m².
Villa layout: it has 5 bedrooms (3 bedrooms with double beds of 160x200 and 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds that can be brought together), 2 double washbasin bathrooms (one with WC), possibility of adding 2 additional mattresses (for an extra charge), 3 individual WCs, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 1 television lounge, 1 lounge/bar open to the terrace, wine cellar, office space, laundry room, dressing room and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in all rooms.
Kitchen equipment: gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: LCD television (Canal+/Canalsat), DVD player, MP3, DIVX, Internet via ADSL (wi-fi).
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, hairdryer, barbecue, billiards, table football, ping pong table.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, presence of a 9m3 buffer reservoir in case of power cuts.
Swimming pool: yes, overflow pool with spa (8mx5m with a maximum depth of 120 cm). Child safety alarm and outdoor shower.
Garden/terrace: yes large deck terrace with complete outdoor lounge and barbecue. Direct access to the sea below the villa
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: the rates include 1 cleaning service per week. Possibility of adding cleaning hours with a supplement. Meal preparation service using fresh local products (half board in the evening 30€/adult and 15€/child, breakfast 8€/person and cooking workshop 60€/participant). Baby kit (baby bed/high chair) for an additional 12€/night.
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
