Parking for 2 vehicles right in front of the house.
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: television (Orange bouquet channels), Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), charcoal barbecue.

Swimming pool: yes, octagonal chlorine pool of approximately 4m in diameter, access from the terrace is secured for smaller children by a removable net.
