Small charming house in Saint François with swimming pool, well equipped and pleasantly decorated. This house is located in a very quiet residential area in the immediate vicinity of the town centre of the seaside resort of Saint François and its beaches. The place is ideal for a friendly and relaxing stay with family or friends.
Accommodation capacity: 4 people
General surface area: approximately 50 m².
Layout of the villa: the villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom with a 160 cm double bed, the second bedroom with a 140 cm double bed) each with their own bathroom (shower, toilet, sink), living area, equipped kitchen, covered terrace, solarium and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in both bedrooms (operation from 8pm to 8am and from 2pm to 4pm).
Kitchen equipment: 3-burner hob, dishwasher (under the shelter), grill, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (local DTT channels), hi-fi system, Wi-Fi Internet.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, travel cot, high chair (on prior request), iron and ironing board, charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: yes (1500 litres) in case of supply cuts.
Swimming pool: yes, a lovely oval-shaped leisure swimming pool approximately 5m long by 3m wide (depth approximately 1.3m) with a child safety alarm.
Garden/terrace: terrace with complete outdoor lounge for meals. Covered shelter with table and chairs for dining or relaxation. Very complete outdoor furniture for relaxation moments around the pool.
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is fully provided.
Associated services: on your arrival you will be awaited by the first evening meal, fresh drinks and the basic elements of the first breakfast.
To know: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
