This villa has been decorated, furnished and equipped to guarantee the total comfort of its occupants. It offers beautiful volumes, both inside and outside with a large tropical garden ideal for ensuring the calm necessary for rest and change of scenery.

Layout: it has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (one on the ground floor with a 160 cm bed and the second upstairs with an area of 25 m² with 2 individual 90 cm beds that can be brought together and a sofa bed in 140 for one additional person), 2 bathrooms (walk-in showers), living room, equipped kitchen, covered terrace, indoor parking, garden and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in all rooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, classic filter coffee machine + Nespresso coffee machine, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (Canal+ and local DTT channels), mini hi-fi system, ADSL Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer, travel cot and high chair on request, barbecue.
Swimming pool: lovely private swimming pool of approximately 3mx5 protected by child alarm.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace and fenced garden of 300 m² with complete outdoor lounge for meals and sunbeds for relaxation.
