Villa layout: the villa has 3 double bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm, the 3rd bedroom has 2 individual beds that can be pushed together), 3 en-suite bathrooms, 2 toilets, living room, equipped kitchen, covered terrace, indoor parking, garden and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes, in each room.
Kitchen equipment: cooker with 4 cooking hobs, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: television (Orange bouquet and DTT channels), Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, iron, baby cot, high chair, Weber charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, presence of a 300-litre water cistern in case of water cut-off.
