Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction cooker, fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
