Very beautiful house located in a high-end residential environment that is very quiet while being in the immediate vicinity of beaches and all the amenities of the famous seaside resort of Saint François. This villa, which offers very beautiful volumes both inside and outside, has been decorated and equipped to provide total comfort to its occupants. The place is perfect for recharging under the Antilles sun in a privileged setting.

Layout of the villa: it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (two bedrooms with a double bed of 160 cm, the third bedroom has 2 individual beds of 90 cm that can be brought together and a dressing room), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet (one private to the master bedroom, the second accessible from the outside by the occupants of the 2 other bedrooms), 3rd individual toilet, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, laundry room, living room, terrace, garden, indoor parking and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes, in the 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (Orange bouquet channels), hi-fi system, Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, electric griddle.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes (3000 litres)
Swimming pool: yes, large infinity pool (salt treatment) of 8mx4m with heating system at 30°, hydromassage jets and child safety alarm.
