Charming villa, classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation, located in Saint François in a calm domain of private villas of the same standing, 3 kms from the town centre and the beach. The comfortable furniture and careful decoration will guarantee you a perfectly successful stay with family or friends. The location is ideal for relaxing and exploring the island. The owners residing nearby will make it a point of honour to welcome you warmly and provide advice and tips upon request.

Villa layout: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 with 160 cm double beds and 1 with 2 individual beds that can be pushed together), 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet, separate third toilet, living room with convertible BZ sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, covered terrace and private swimming pool. Parking within the estate.
Air conditioning: yes in each room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, grill oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (local digital terrestrial TV channels), hi-fi system, Internet Wi-Fi (fibre).
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot and high chair upon prior request, fan in the living room (on request), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, barbecue.
Water reserve/tank: 1250-litre water reserve in case of supply interruption.
Swimming pool: yes, lovely swimming pool of 6m x 3.5m (depth up to 1.60m), secure access for children via a barrier from the terrace.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor lounge for dining or relaxing. Sunny terrace around the swimming pool with sun loungers.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: upon your arrival, rum and refreshing drinks will await you. Possibility of connecting with a local caterer for meal delivery.
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
