This house has been furnished, decorated and equipped with the utmost care to ensure its occupants comfort, relaxation and privacy for an unforgettable stay, in a unique setting.
Accommodation capacity: up to 6 people.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm, the 3rd bedroom with 1 double bed of 140 cm), 1 bathroom (washbasin, shower, bathtub), 1 toilet, dining room, living room, equipped kitchen, terrace and private swimming pool.
Parking in front of the villa (inside the residence).
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: vitroceramic hobs, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (Orange bouquet channels), Bluetooth speaker, Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, iron, baby bed (upon prior request), gas plancha.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, buffer tank of 1250 litres in case of power cuts.
