Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (local digital terrestrial television channels), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.
