Magnificent Balinese-inspired house, located in the municipality of Saint François, in a peaceful setting, whilst being close to beaches and shops. Carefully considered decoration, high-quality equipment and upmarket furniture, everything in this house has been designed to provide its occupants with comfort and serenity. With its impressive volumes, this villa is the ideal place for large families or groups of friends.

Accommodation capacity: up to 15 people (14 adults + 1 child/teenager up to 15 years old)

Villa layout: the villa has 7 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 180 cm double beds, 4 bedrooms with 160 cm double beds and the 7th bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm that can be pushed together), 6 bathrooms (5 bathrooms are private to the bedrooms, the last 2 bedrooms share the 6th bathroom), 6 toilets (in each bathroom), fully equipped kitchen, lounge, laundry room, terrace, boules court, indoor parking for several vehicles (closed by electric gate) and private swimming pool with pool house.

One of the rooms has, in addition to the bed, a small sofa bed for a child/teenager up to 15 years old.

Air conditioning: yes in all rooms.

Kitchen equipment: cooker with hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Senseo coffee maker and filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, wine cooler, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.

Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room and in 6 of the 7 bedrooms (MyCanal basic package and local terrestrial television channels), Wi-Fi internet.

Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, baby kit (travel cot, high chair, baby bath and baby monitor), ironing table and iron, hair dryer (in each bathroom), safe, large gas barbecue.

Presence of a tank/water reserve: yes, 3 city water reserves of 1250 litres each and large rainwater reserve of 6000 litres.

Swimming pool: yes, beautiful chlorinated swimming pool (main pool approximately 11m x 5m + wellness pool approximately 3m x 3m) with child safety alarm, surrounded by sun loungers.

Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor seating for meals. Petanque court of 12m x 3m. Pool house of 25m² extending from the swimming pool for relaxation, breakfasts, cocktails, etc.

Linen: household linen (including beach wraps) is fully provided.

Associated services: upon your arrival you will be provided with rum, fruit juices, the first evening meal (chicken colombo, rice, gratin and coconut flan) as well as the basic elements of the first breakfast. A selection of wines, champagne and rums is available for an additional charge (prices on site).
Please note:
-A deposit to be paid upon receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (ANCV cheques accepted) except in the case of booking via Airbnb.
-Please consult us for cancellation conditions, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance.
-A security deposit of 2000 euros (uncashed cheque) is required upon entry to the premises and returned at the end of the stay following inventory.
-A cleaning package of 250 euros (debited by cheque or cash) must be provided upon entry to the premises.
-Tourist tax to be paid at the time of booking of 5% capped at 4€ / night / adult (except in the case of booking via Airbnb (tourist tax added to payment on the site).
-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
