This house offers impressive volumes and quality facilities in a large landscaped garden, peaceful while being close to shops and beaches. The location is ideal for a large family or a group of friends.

Layout of the villa: it has 5 bedrooms (double beds of 160), 3 bathrooms with toilets inside the house, 4th bathroom with toilets outside near the pool, large living room with dining area, fitted American kitchen, covered terrace, indoor parking, swimming pool and garden.
Possibility of providing an additional bed for a child for a supplement of €50 during end-of-year holidays, €30/night during winter holidays in February/March, and €22/night for the rest of the year.
