Very lovely house, classified as a 4**** tourist accommodation, ideally located in the commune of Saint François near the beach and city centre. This villa, nestled in the greenery, has been equipped and decorated to provide its occupants with a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The beautiful tropical garden, very peaceful, as well as the swimming pool and barbecue will guarantee a change of scenery, privacy and conviviality with family or friends.

Villa layout: the villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with a 160 cm canopy bed and the second with 2 individual 90 cm beds that can be brought together), 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, terrace, indoor parking (up to 3 vehicles), garden and private swimming pool. Possibility of adding an additional 90 cm bed for a 5th person.
Air conditioning: yes, in each room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, American fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, Nespresso and traditional coffee maker, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (Orange bouquet satellite channels), hi-fi system, Internet via Wi-Fi.
Various equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, hairdryer, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, safe, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), gas barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, water reservoir of 2500 litres in case of water cuts.
Swimming pool: yes, L-shaped leisure pool (approximately 3.6m long by 2m at its widest point, maximum depth of 0.80m) with child safety alarm for children under 5 years old.
Garden/terrace: the villa is located on a tree-lined plot of approximately 600 m² fully enclosed. Terrace of 40 m² with complete outdoor lounge for meals or relaxation and barbecue area.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon your arrival, you will be greeted with cool drinks and the elements of the first breakfast. Weekly housekeeping service included for any stay of 15 days or more.
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
