Recently built semi-detached villa, perfectly equipped to provide all the necessary comfort for its occupants. The designer decoration and outdoor spaces invite moments of relaxation and conviviality. The villa is ideally located 300 metres from the beach and in the immediate vicinity of the town centre of the seaside resort of Saint François.
Accommodation capacity: up to 8 people.
General surface area: approximately 100 m².
Villa layout: it has 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160cm double bed, 1 with 2 single beds in 90cm that can be pushed together, the 3rd bedroom upstairs has 4 single beds in 90cm that can be pushed together), 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, living room, equipped kitchen, terrace, private swimming pool and indoor parking.
Air conditioning: yes in every room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: large flat-screen television (Orange package channels), hi-fi system with Bluetooth connection for smartphone, Wi-Fi internet.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot, high chair, charcoal barbecue, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
Swimming pool: yes, beautiful swimming pool of 6m x 3m (maximum depth of 1m50) with child safety alarm.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: yes.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor seating for dining and relaxation.
Linen: household linen (including beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: fresh drinks, ti-punch and breakfast items will be waiting for you upon arrival.
To know: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Location au calme très proche de la plage des Raisins Clairs, l’accueil a été chaleureux et facile.
Le coin piscine est vraiment sympa.
Les plus une salle de douche dans chaque chambre et une très grande terrasse avec une cuisine bien équipée.see more
