Beautiful recently built house, classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, with private swimming pool perfectly combining modern architecture and the charm of tropical wood. The decoration and equipment have been chosen to provide maximum comfort to the occupants of the house. This villa is nestled in a large garden, within a residential complex of villas of the same standard, in the immediate vicinity of the beach and shops in the Saint François town centre.
Accommodation capacity: up to 6 people.

Villa layout: the villa has 3 bedrooms (1 with a 160 cm double bed and 2 with 2 single beds of 90 cm that can be pushed together), 3 bathrooms (adjoining the bedrooms), 2 toilets, fully equipped kitchen, lounge, terrace, garden, indoor parking, private swimming pool and hot tub.
Air conditioning: yes in all 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-ring induction cooker, American fridge-freezer (ice and water dispenser), dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, traditional coffee maker, toaster, electric citrus press, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: LED television in the living room and in the master suite (local DTT channels and Orange package), hi-fi system, Wi-Fi internet.
