Air conditioning: yes in both bedrooms from 7pm to 8am and from 12:30pm to 2:30pm.
Kitchen equipment: 4-ring induction cooker, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (Orange package channels), Wi-Fi internet.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby cot and high chair upon prior request, table and ironing board, safe, hairdryer, charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a tank/water reserve: yes, water reserve of 2500 litres in case of supply cuts.
Swimming pool: yes, lovely salt water pool 7m x 3m (depth 1.50m) with child safety alarm, surrounded by sun loungers.
