Beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped, this house will provide you with comfort, serenity and rest throughout your stay.

Villa layout: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (160 cm double beds), 2 bathrooms with toilets (1 private in one bedroom, the second accessible from the other 2 bedrooms), equipped open-plan kitchen, lounge (with sofa bed), terrace, garden, indoor parking and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in all 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (Orange package channels), high-speed internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, travel cot (umbrella) and high chair, table and ironing board, charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: yes (2200 litres).
Swimming pool: yes, a nice swimming pool of approximately 6m x 3m (maximum depth of 1m60) with a child safety alarm, surrounded by sun loungers.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor lounge for dining and relaxation. The villa is situated on a fenced plot of 400 m².
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is fully provided.
Associated services: on your arrival you will be greeted by a planter as well as the elements of your first breakfast.
