Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and one upstairs (2 bedrooms with 180 cm beds and the 3rd bedroom with 2 individual 90 cm beds that can be brought together), each bedroom has its own private bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet), living room, equipped kitchen, terrace, garden and private swimming pool.
Closed indoor parking with a gate in the residence.
Air conditioning: yes in each room.
Kitchen equipment: induction hob cooker, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (Orange bouquet channels), Bluetooth speaker, high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets, Weber gas barbecue.
