Charming villa, equipped and decorated to provide all the necessary comfort to its occupants, located 300 metres from the beach and close to all the amenities of the famous seaside resort of Saint François.

Air conditioning: yes in both bedrooms. Both bedrooms and the living room are also equipped with silent 6-speed remote-controlled air circulators.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (SFR bouquet channels), high-speed internet via WiFi (fibre).
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, baby bed and high chair (upon prior request), barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, 2000L.
Swimming pool: yes, beautiful salt water pool with a surface area of approximately 7m x 3.5m (maximum depth of 1.60m) with a removable child barrier, surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace, outdoor lounge for meals and relaxation. The enclosed garden has an area of 300 m².
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: upon your arrival, you will find fresh drinks, a ti-punch, a fruit basket, items for the first breakfast, and a grocery fund.
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
