The place is perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 double beds of 160 cm and 1 double bed of 140 cm), 2 bathrooms with toilets (including 1 adjoining a bedroom), living room, equipped kitchen, terrace and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in all 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (local DTT channels), Wi-Fi Internet.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, iron, baby cot and high chair (on prior request), charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: yes of 2000L
Swimming pool: yes, chlorine swimming pool of approximately 3m x 6m with a safety gate from the terrace for children.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with complete outdoor furniture for meals. Relaxation area under a carbet extending from the swimming pool with garden seating and BBQ.

This house is located in a very quiet residential area, nevertheless in the immediate vicinity via a small road of the town centre of the seaside resort of Saint François and its beaches.

Villa layout: the villa has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (double beds of 160), 2 bathrooms (shower, toilet, washbasin), living room with a 140 bed (ceiling fan), fully equipped kitchen, partially covered terrace and private swimming pool. Please note that the 2nd bedroom is only accessible through the terrace (no interior door), it has its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet) and a refrigerator.
Air conditioning: yes in both bedrooms. The living room is equipped with a ceiling fan.
