Beautiful villa located in Sainte Anne, 600 metres from the beach in a lovely tropical garden. This very modern house has been equipped and decorated to guarantee the comfort and serenity of its occupants. It has recently been classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation.
The calm and residential environment is ideal for a relaxing and friendly stay with family or friends.
Accommodation capacity: up to 6 people.

Villa layout: 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with 160cm double bed, 2 with 140cm beds), 2 bathrooms, spacious living/dining room, equipped open-plan kitchen, covered terrace, enclosed indoor parking, garden and private swimming pool.

Kitchen equipment: cooker with 4 induction hobs, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, citrus press, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (Canalsat), hi-fi system and Bluetooth connected speaker, high-speed Internet via Wi-Fi.
