Beautiful wooden house perfectly combining modern comfort and Caribbean charm, ideally located 600 metres from 2 magnificent beaches. Carefully decorated with quality equipment for the comfort of occupants. The terraces and large wooded garden will allow you to enjoy many convivial moments with family or friends under the Caribbean sunshine.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 3 bedrooms (1 upstairs with a 160 cm double bed and 2 on the ground floor, one with a 160 cm double bed and one with 2 individual beds that can be pushed together), 3 bathrooms (in the bedrooms, one with a bathtub and each with separate toilets), living room with a 2-person sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, indoor parking, private swimming pool and garden.
Air conditioning: 2 of the rooms are air-conditioned, the 3rd has a fan and, being upstairs, it benefits from natural ventilation.
Kitchen equipment: induction hobs, grill oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, cool box, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner set.
