Beautiful contemporary-style house, located in a residential area in the immediate vicinity of Sainte Anne town centre with its beaches and shops. Very well equipped and tastefully decorated, this villa offers you a large outdoor space ideal for a relaxing and friendly stay with family or friends.
Proof of the quality offered on site, the villa was recently classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation.
Accommodation capacity: up to 7 people.
General surface area: 160 m² habitable
Villa layout: the villa has 4 bedrooms (1 bedroom of 35 m² with a 160 double bed, 2 bedrooms of 17 m² with 140 double beds and 1 bedroom of 9 m² with 1 single bed of 90, accessible via one of the 3 other bedrooms), 2 bathrooms, equipped kitchen, lounge, terrace, garden, indoor parking and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 main bedrooms from 8 pm to 7 am. All 4 bedrooms also have a ceiling fan available at any time.
Kitchen equipment: cooker with 4 hobs, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete dinner service.
Multimedia equipment: television (Numericable channels), hi-fi system, ADSL Internet with wi-fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, travel cot (sheets not provided), window mosquito nets, safe, charcoal barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reserve: no (no water cuts to regret so far in the area).
Swimming pool: yes, beautiful oval-shaped salt water pool of 8m x 4m (maximum depth of 1.60m) with child safety alarm. Jacuzzi-spa for 5 people covered by a carport.
Terrace: the villa has a large covered terrace and a deck around the swimming pool with complete outdoor lounges for dining or relaxing. The villa is set on a 600 m² plot of land fully enclosed with a sliding gate + pedestrian gate.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided and renewed weekly (for any stay of more than 10 days).
Associated services: upon your arrival you will be greeted with fresh drinks, fruit juices and breakfast items. Possibility of connecting you with a local chef for meal delivery on the evening of your arrival or occasionally during your stay.
To know: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening…) nor to invite, day or night, a significant number of people outside the contract.
