Layout of the villa: it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 bedroom on the ground floor with a 180 cm bed, 2nd bedroom upstairs with a double 180 cm bed + 1 individual bed in the form of a bench, 3rd bedroom upstairs with 2 individual beds of 90 cm that can be brought together, high-quality bedding), 3 bathrooms (each adjoining a bedroom), fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living room, terrace and private swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes, in all rooms.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with ice and fresh water dispenser, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, citrus press, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: television (Canalsat bouquet channels), Bluetooth connected speaker, Internet via Wi-Fi.
Various equipment: washing machine, baby cot and high chair upon prior request, iron and ironing board, hairdryer in all rooms, ENO plancha.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes (2000 litres)
Swimming pool: yes, lovely salt water pool of approximately 5mx5m (maximum depth 1.60m) with a "no stress" safety system using connected wristbands + possibility of activating an underwater alarm on request.
Garden/terrace: terrace with complete outdoor furniture for meals or lounging.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided.
Associated services: upon your arrival, a welcome drink will await you in the cool (fresh water, planteur or ti-punch).
