Beautiful recent villa, ideally located in a very quiet residential area in the town of Sainte Anne between the town centres of Sainte Anne and Saint François. Large volumes, design decoration, high-quality furniture and very modern equipment, everything has been carefully studied to provide comfort and serenity to the occupants of this magnificent house. The location is ideal for relaxing and friendly holidays with family or friends under the sunshine of the Antilles.

Layout of the villa: it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds of 160, 1 bedroom with 2 individual beds of 80 cm that can form a double bed of 160 cm on request), 3 bathrooms with toilets (adjoining the bedrooms), fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa bed, terrace, garden and private swimming pool.
To note: one of the 3 rooms is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Parking is located in front of the villa within the residence.
Air conditioning: yes in the 3 bedrooms.
Kitchen equipment: induction hobs, fridge-freezer with fresh water dispenser, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (smart TV with IPTV box), internet via Wi-Fi (high-speed).
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, baby bed (umbrella), high chair, table and iron, hairdryer, safe, air blower in the living room, gas barbecue.
Presence of a water tank/reservoir: yes, water reserve of 4400 litres in case of cuts.
Swimming pool: yes, beautiful pool (salt treatment) of approximately 6mx4m (+ leisure pool) with child safety alarm, surrounded by sun loungers.
