Comfortable villa, ideally located in the heart of the South Caribbean part of Martinique, allowing easy exploration of the entire island. Carefully designed decor and numerous amenities for a relaxing and convivial stay. The unobstructed view of the mountain, offering a small sea view on the horizon, will provide the final touch of escape.
Capacity: up to 9 people.

Layout of the villa: the villa has 4 bedrooms (4 double beds in 140 + one additional single bed in 90 in the downstairs bedroom), 2 bathrooms with toilets (one with a bathtub), living room, 1 additional independent toilet in the lounge, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace, private swimming pool, parking.
Air conditioning: yes in each room.
Kitchen equipment: 4-burner induction cooker, conventional oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television (local digital terrestrial television channels), hi-fi system, Internet via Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, iron and ironing board, baby bed, possibility of providing a high chair and a pushchair for an additional charge of 40 euros / week, fan, charcoal barbecue, etc.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with 2 complete outdoor lounges for relaxation or dining. Large terrace with sun loungers.
Swimming pool: yes, swimming pool of approximately 6mx3m (depth up to 1.5m) surrounded by sun loungers. Child protection with a removable safety barrier.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: possibility with a supplement to have the services of a housekeeping lady during your stay.
Please note: it will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of people external to the contract.
