Description
Beautiful house located on the heights of Sainte Luce in a very quiet residential area, a few minutes by car from beaches and shops, offering a magnificent view of the sea (Diamond Rock, Saint Lucia island). This house has a very complete equipment to provide perfect comfort to its occupants. The place is ideal for relaxing with family or friends before setting off to explore the island.

General layout: the villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (1 with a 160 cm double bed, 1 with a 140 cm double bed + 1 bunk bed, 2 with 140 cm double beds + 1 sofa bed for 2 additional people), 2 bathrooms with toilets (1 adjoining the master suite, 1 independent), separate third toilet, living room opening onto the open-plan kitchen, terrace, indoor parking and swimming pool.
Air conditioning: yes in all 4 bedrooms
Kitchen equipment: the kitchen has a 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer with fresh water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, various kitchen utensils and a complete set of crockery.
Multimedia equipment: flat-screen television in the living room (Canalsat subscription), ADSL Internet via Wi-Fi
Miscellaneous equipment: washing machine, table and ironing board, hairdryer, mosquito nets, baby cot and high chair (upon prior request), gas barbecue.
Swimming pool: yes, a swimming pool of approximately 7mx3m with access from the terrace secured for younger children by a removable net.
Garden/terrace: covered terrace with all the necessary outdoor furniture for meals and relaxation.
Linen: household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided in full.
Associated services: upon your arrival, a planter, refreshing drinks, and the elements of the first breakfast will await you. Possibility of delivery of typical local meals by the owner.
To know:
- The owners, a charming and very discreet couple, reside in an apartment located under the villa (no overlooking). They will be there, at your request, to indicate local tips and guide you in your visits and excursions.
-It will not be possible in this villa to organise any type of event (party, wedding, evening...) nor to invite, day or night, a large number of external persons to the contract.
