Description
Large and beautiful house located in a green setting, very quiet, in the commune of Sainte Anne, just a few minutes by car from the town centre and beaches. This villa has been furnished and equipped in a modern style, to provide comfort and serenity to its occupants. The location is ideal for recharging before setting out to discover all the beauties of the island.
Capacity: up to 12 people
Total area: approximately 150 m² + terraces.
Layout of the villa on 2 levels:
- Upstairs there are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (160 cm beds), 1 bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), 1 separate second toilet, spacious living room with sofa bed, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace overlooking the private swimming pool.
On the ground floor are 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (160 cm beds), 2 shower rooms (shower, washbasin, toilet), 1 separate third toilet, living room with sofa bed, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, terrace facing the private swimming pool.
In total, the house has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with toilets, 2 additional individual toilets, 2 living rooms with sofa beds, 2 fully equipped open-plan kitchens, 2 terraces, secure indoor parking with a gate, and a private swimming pool.
Note: the 2 levels can only be accessed from the outside.
Air conditioning: yes in all 4 bedrooms.
Equipment for each of the 2 kitchens: 4-burner induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery.
