Nestled in the private district of the Lagoon Garden, in Terres Basses, the villa C'est la Vue invites you to a peaceful stay in a unique natural setting. Here, the blue of the lagoon blends with the green of tropical vegetation, offering a rare atmosphere, conducive to relaxation and escape.
With its panoramic view of Simpson Bay and the mountains as a backdrop, this villa is ideal for a couple, a family, or a small group seeking tranquility, simplicity, and beauty.
The villa includes:
• A spacious master suite with a king-size bed, air conditioning, fan, adjoining bathroom with natural stone shower, and separate toilet on the left
• A second comfortable bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, fan, and private bathroom (without toilet)
• Independent toilets located at the entrance of the villa, near the second bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, etc.
• A vast bright living room with high ceilings, fans, lounge area and dining corner, open to the terrace and view
Exterior side:
• A private swimming pool in natural stone, open to the lagoon
• A jacuzzi to relax facing the sea
• A private pontoon to sit, dream or directly access the water
