The accommodation
Villa C'est la Vue – A timeless parenthesis facing the lagoon

Nestled in the private district of the Lagoon Garden, in Terres Basses, the villa C'est la Vue invites you to a peaceful stay in a unique natural setting. Here, the blue of the lagoon blends with the green of tropical vegetation, offering a rare atmosphere, conducive to relaxation and escape.

With its panoramic view of Simpson Bay and the mountains as a backdrop, this villa is ideal for a couple, a family, or a small group seeking tranquility, simplicity, and beauty.

The villa includes:
• A spacious master suite with a king-size bed, air conditioning, fan, adjoining bathroom with natural stone shower, and separate toilet on the left
• A second comfortable bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, fan, and private bathroom (without toilet)
• Independent toilets located at the entrance of the villa, near the second bedroom
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, etc.
• A vast bright living room with high ceilings, fans, lounge area and dining corner, open to the terrace and view

Exterior side:
• A private swimming pool in natural stone, open to the lagoon
• A jacuzzi to relax facing the sea
• A private pontoon to sit, dream or directly access the water

To know:
The villa is surrounded by two small houses occupied year-round by discreet tenants. Their dogs are very kind, but you may sometimes come across them on the property.

There is no generator in case of a power outage, but the villa is connected to the Internet via Starlink to ensure good bandwidth.

Travellers' Access
Travellers have exclusive access to the entire villa, including: 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, private pool, jacuzzi, and the pontoon overlooking the lagoon.
Other Notes
A small annex is located at the back of the villa, occupied by year-round tenants. They have no access to your private space, but you might cross paths at the entrance...

Please note that the neighbours' dogs may sometimes be present on the property. They are very kind and welcoming, but this is to inform you.

The arrival is done in person or independently via a key box, according to your preference. Please let me know your arrival time so that I can welcome you under the best conditions.

The villa is located on the heights of Terres Basses, in a peaceful and natural environment. A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the island...
